Surviving the (Pet) Parent Trap: A Live-Action Theater Performance
Join industry innovator Brian Remo in this entertaining and enlightening Keynote address, which is less traditional education and more industry entertainment combined with practical customer service training. Using trained actors, Brian recreates some of the most challenging client interactions encountered in pet services, including: the “Helicopter Parent,” the “Entitled Influencer,” the “Belligerent Client,” and the “Self-Proclaimed Expert.” Through improvisation, humor, and real-time problem solving, attendees witness staged scenarios while identifying warning signs, communication techniques, and preventative strategies. Brian will also show you how Key Personality Indicators (KPIs) can be just as important as the financial KPIs we track every day. This presentation is highly interactive, highly memorable, and intentionally entertaining while still delivering practical takeaways attendees can immediately implement in their businesses.
